The Central Committee and the Special Committee are the highest policy making body and is headed by the World Chairman. The Federation is the formation of a body to co-ordinate and generally direct and supervise the activities and administration of Giants Groups headed by a Federation President along with his team of Federation Officers. Every Giants Groups must have a minimum of atleast 25 members and each city or town can have as many Groups as can function smoothly.
